Refund policy

REFUNDS

Thanks for purchasing our services! If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 30 days. We are committed to revising, repairing, or reworking the original service agreement until our customers are satisfied. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a revised work statement or refund.

RETURNS

We typically cannot accept returns of installed material. If a replacement is needed for an installed component due to circumstances outside of your control, please get in touch with us at info@inourbackyard.ca and we will review our options together.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order for services within 7 days of our service agreement. To cancel your services, you must inform us of your decision. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 7 day period has expired.
